STEP #1
We determine what type of subfloor you have (concrete slab or raised foundation) in order to select the proper type of flooring materials.
STEP #2
We assist you in selecting the proper species and finish of flooring, certain materials may be too soft, to light or too unstable for your living environment.
STEP #3
Design, we discuss the best way to lay the floor for optimall appearance, as well as discuss the layout of any borders, inlays or medalliions.
STEP #4
Acclimation, typically we acclimate the flooring material in the hose for a week prior to installation, acclimation in an important part of the installation process to assure your floors stay flat after there completed.
STEP #5
Demolitoin and prep, We remove your existing flooring material, inspect your subfloor to make sure it is sound and flat.
STEP #6
Installation, We then install the flooring the your spesified layout/design.
STEP #7
Sanding and finishing, We sand the floors, apply a sealer for natural color, or if you chose a stain color, we stain the floors to color you selected.
STEP #8
